Question

Ok so i have a couple questions for you mommies. This is my third baby but all my symptoms are 3 to 4 times worse than ever before. Ive already gained like 20 lbs. Everyone keeps asking if im having more than one baby. I've been dreaming that we see three on the ultrasound. My boobs are so full heavy and sore. Sick all the time. Lots of pressure on my hips and back. An so tired all the time no matter how much I sleep. Im 8 weeks and 1 day now. Go for my first ultrasound on Tuesday. What do yall think just one or maybe more? The picture was 7 weeks and 4 days i do believe
