Confused ?

My friend(18) is dating a 31 year old man. My friends mom is 33 and grew up with this guy. It makes me worried because he's an uncle to kids around 18, 19. I can't even go to see her because it creeps me out too much. What should I do?😣

I dated a 33 year old at 19. My mom is dating a 23 year old at 42. Age is nothing but a dang number! :)

That is a large age gap, especially at their ages. I personally think it's strange for a 31 year old to choose an 18 year old, as opposed to someone closer to his age. That would be a red flag to me. I'd at least be hesitant & want to find out as much as possible about him... Then again, if her mom has known him for a while, it seems she'd let her daughter know of anything that she should worry about.

You also need to consider that 15 is not an average age of a mom. She had her really young! I'm 32 & my oldest niece is under 10 years old... & that's my older sister's daughter. My son will be 3 next month & his dad turned 34 yesterday. My point here is that if you're judging mostly off of her mother's age, then try to think about he young her mom was when she gave birth to your friend...

My mom is dating someone 3 years older than me and his brother was in my graduating class. Its was horrified when I found it. However I dated someone who was 29 and I was 19 so idk what to say...
