TMI but looking for miscarriage advice

I began miscarrying (11weeks, no fetus) at 730, it's now 9. I've passed more clots (tissue) than I can count, varying from ping pong ball sized to larger than a bar of soap, and still bleeding heavily with heavy menstrual cramps. Prior to bleeding I experienced labour like pains, which ended when I experienced what felt like water breaking (this is my second pregnancy, first miscarriage) and have since had heavy menstrual and back cramps. Since i haven't seen my doctor yet to find out what to expect ( I've been preparing for this for a week) I'm not sure what is cause for an ER visit. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow. Should I just stay home tonight or go to the hospital
