Preseed isn't the magical answer to get pregnant

Anyone else get tired of the preseed subjects? Everyone thinks it fixes everything and get you pregnant the first time you use it! It doesn't help and It doesn't hinder. There isn't one thing that is guaranteed to get you pregnant. I know a lot of us on here have been using it and it's lead to nothing.
