Needing to vent

I am so mad!! Af decided to rear her ugly head today!! Its not because I'm not pregnant although it is a bummer, but mostly because I have my yearly tomorrow and to talk about options for getting pregnant (ttc for 2 years). I'm so emabarrsed that it had to start before my appointment, has anyone else had this happen? Is it something to be embarrassed about? Or is it normal for an OB to deal with this?
