Sorry for the TMI!

So over the past few days when i have been to the toilet i have wiped myself and there has clumps of jelly like substance on the tissue or on my underwear, what is this and what does it mean? Im not alarmed but its in big lumps and its abit embarrassing as i have a boyfriend and i wouldnt want him to see that.
