Progesterone shot pain
Any suggestions for progesterone shot (butt region) to alleviate pain itching? Need another month of shots every morning and have been using the heating pad at night and after shot. Insurance doesnt pay for a non seseme oil prescription. There are dry patches and hard plate like under the injection sites.
