Breast growth

I first got my period in 4th grade, so about 9 years old. I used to be very heavy, so I had large breasts. Since then, I've lost weight and now my boobs are pretty small and I'm now 17. Just curious as to whether or not I could still have a growth spurt in my boobs?? or if I'm way past that point due to being an "early bloomer"
