Do any of you ladies get real emotional when your period almost coming?

Hey ladies for the past 4 months I've been extra  I mean extra emotional I get depressed and all and sometimes I feel that I don't want to live anymore....but right when my period is on its slowly get happy and all (it will take 3 days....can anyone tell me if you been thru it and how u deal with it...

Yeh I cry every month. Same time, just super down. I don't feel like it's something I need to change. It's just hormones. Embrace it. When you know it's time. Grab some ice cream and or wine and a sappy movie and have a good cry!

Yes that happens with me like 3 or 4 days b4 it starts and my hubby knows it when im in the bedroom and the doors closed is when im sitting on the bed crying lol..
