Yesterday, at 14 weeks 4 days I had some brown mucous like blood after wiping. My lower back has been bothering me pretty much my whole pregnancy and yesterday was no exception. I also have right sided low abdominal pain. Went in for a scan, doctor says my cervix is closed, baby had plenty of fluid around him and was active as usual. Heart rate looked good. He said that I had a very small subchorionic hematoma, but wasn't concerned about it. I have almost a complete septum, meaning I almost have two uterus, but 1 cervix. The doctor seems to believe I'm bleeding from the right horn, the side the baby ISNT in. He said not to worry unless I fill a full pad with bright red blood. Just curious if any of you ladies have ever experienced this for yourselves and what the outcome was.
