How many weeks?

Question

At how many weeks do they do your last ultrasound ? Just had my 20 weeks anatomy yesterday. Courious if I'll see my baby again before he is born.

I had my last one at 29wks for size and positioning and I had 4 all together but I am high risk.

I'm 35 weeks 5 days and my last one was at 21 weeks for my anatomy scan. My OB has not mentioned a need for another one. Although I wouldn't mind lol

I had an anatomy scan done at 37 weeks so my doctor could get an idea of how big my son was. I was induced at 39 weeks after he saw the size of my sons head

I have an ultrasound every apt with this doctor. So once a month and then at my 32 week apt she will see me every 2 weeks until my son is born and I will get an ultrasound every time. With my first son I only had 3 ultrasounds the entire pregnancy, so I think it's different with every doctor.

They don't usually do more then the dating scan and the anatomy scan unless you end up having complications or something they're worried about. They have me scheduled for monthly ultrasounds because of chronic hypertension (fear of developing preeclampsia) and marginal cord insertion (instead of my cord being center on the placenta it's slightly to the outside).

Unless your high risk 20 is usually the last US -- it stinks I wish I could see my baby all the time!
