Sever headache

So I'm 10 weeks now and I have had this migraine since Sunday I went to the entire room because I just couldn't stand it and they gave me 2 shots of morphine a hour apart and it went from a 10 to a4 and when I got home it went back to a 10,but they gave me Tylenol with Codeine,but that seems to work a little bit .but is it safe and what else can I try that's natural
