Shannon or Nataleigh for a girl?

Question

The hubbs and I each like a different name. If both names suck, pls suggest a different option. Nothing "new age" like Kale or Seven, it needs to be a name you've personally heard before but nothing dated or old sounding. Something timeless I guess. Thanks!

Why not spell it the French traditional 'nathalie' for an alternative to natalie, I find people often make mistakes with my name as it is (natilie, nataly, natlee).. nataleigh just looks like it's trying to make the name different plus your child would be forever spelling it to people!

I don't like the name Shannon due to someone I knew with the name haha.

Nataleigh is OK although I hate the nn Nat... also check the meaning before naming I find it hilarious but also frustrating that I have a name with a Christmas related meaning when I was born in July but I'm really into name meanings so maybe that's just me lol
