I was astounded by how much you're allowed!! You can have like 200mg of caffeine, and while that's not a lot for coffee, that's like over five cans of coke a day!!! I don't go to that extreme but I probably have one or two cans a day. I'm 21+5 and haven't even gained a single pound yet so my doctor said it was perfectly okay.

I started out being very nervous and trying to avoid it but I'm a zombie at work if I don't have at least one cup. I used to have a double latte every morning and I switched to a single shot and avoid it the rest of the day. My doc said it was totally fine as long as I stay under the daily limit

Actaully about 2 cups of coffee and a pop a day. My dr doesn't want me to drink anymore or any less because j get terrible caffeine headaches.
