Just out of curiosity ....have any of you ladies heard of placenta encapsulation? I wanted to get your input on this topic. For the ladies that haven't heard of this it's basically drying out your placenta and making it into a pill form to consume after birth to help prevent PPD and help with energy and milk flow. I have 2 friends that swear by this and was maybe considering it. What do you ladies think?
