TMI!! IMPORTANT QUESTION

Sorry in advance. Today I had to go number 2 while in public. Which I hate to do anyways but I just couldn't hold it. Anyways when I wiped there was blood. Not a lot. Just a little but in the toilet there was like a tissuey clot. Pinkish. I thought maybe I was fixing to start aunt flo because she's 5 days late but I put on a pad and didn't bleed a drop. Anyways, what could this be?

My mother in law told me it could be a sign of pregnancy but ive never heard that and honestly I'm just worried that something is wrong with me.
