Can't Try As Often Anymore!

My fiancé and I have been trying for three years to have a baby (all naturally) he just recently took a job in Virginia so he's been staying there while my son (from a previous relationship) and I stay in California in our house. I am just scared that since he visits us only once a month that we won't have the opportunity to try and have a baby as often and that we are wasting so much time. I'm still waiting on getting medical help because my insurance of coarse does not pay for infertility. I just feel so defeated and that the chances of us getting pregnant are so much lower now. Does anyone else have this issue?
