I'm worried that I'm going through so much stress and don't know what to do to relax I'm to the point where I crying every night how bad is me stressing out hurting the baby?

do I read up on this and when you stress it thickens your blood and making it difficult for your baby to get what it needs.  getting upset or stressed occasionally isn't going to cause a MC but I would definitely talk to your doctor about it and see what they might suggest. when you are upset make sure to keep drinking water and try to lay on you left side to maximize blood flow. Please do talk to your doc.
