Angel of mine brand

I had my baby shower today and had a couple (3) people give me a bunch of random products from this brand. Lotion, shampoo, baby wipes, teething toy etc. I googled the brand because it looked super cheap and fishy and it turns out to be dollar tree brand. I'm reall hesitant to use these products in fear they might fall apart or hurt baby. I'm extremely disappointed in the people who got this because honestly they have money. I wasn't expecting anything expensive, but the dollar tree? I think even a $10 gift card which is how much they spend would have been better. Am I overreacting? Would you use these products? If you say don't use them, what do I do to them?
