Please help!

Natalie • Mon, Nov 02 • I am a mother to 2. One is my physically born, the other I was gifted with by my loving boyfriend. They're both 7. And now we have a baby on the way making our family complete! 👩👨👦👧👶

I started having horrible diarrhea and vomiting since last night. It isn't easing. Pretty sure I have the flu and cannot see my physician until tomorrow afternoon. I do not have a fever. Is my baby going to be okay? I cannot keep anything in my body. Everything coming out now is just bile.
