Tested positive for chlamydia

Went to gynecologist and tested positive for chlamydia. Been married for 2 years and recently started trying to have a baby. We never used A condom and he pulled out.   I was tested 2 years ago and tests were negative. We have been together 8 years.  Could he be cheating or did he always have it??  My gut says cheating...
