Concerned and I don't know why

So lately my breast have been very sore, sore to the touch, even when I just take a step. A little itchy and They seem to be getting a little bit bigger and I'm not sure why. I'm 16 years old, could it be that they are just growing or should I be concerned? It's been worrying me a lot lately on what it could be.
