The patch

I've been on the patch for about 4 weeks now about 2 weeks in I started bleeding after sex and I have been bleeding for about 2 weeks after that constantly idk what's happening am I pregnant or is it something else ?? Also when I have sex it can be painful.(the blood can be quite dark sometimes has clear gloop kinda stuff and brown lumps and can also be light brown pinkish).
