Newlywed and confused...

My husband and I have been married since Aug. 2nd. He is 33 and I am 23. I have noticed in the last 2 months he masterbates every morning in the shower, and he admits since he's been laid off he does it at least once more throughout the day. I am a 23yo. Female with a VERY high sex drive. I would like sex 2-3 times a day most of the time. And he only wants it about 3-4 times a week. I masterbate a lot throughout the week because I hate hearing no. We used to have sex every night until about 2-3 months before the wedding. I am feeling confused on why he masterbates all the time when he knows I am always up for it. I feel like he doesn't care about my needs in this department....
