Best BC for migraine sufferer??

Hey girls, I get crazy debilitating migraines sometimes, and I've heard a lot of BC can trigger them. Anyone have any experience with this? Is there any type of BC besides condoms that you would recommend?

non-estrogen birth control! I am on nexplanon right now because I hated progestin-only pills, but there are a variety of things you can get! my doctor gave me the option of progestin only pills, implant, shot, or iud. talk to yours and see what would be a good fit for you

Yes. I was on the pill and it made my migraines worse so im done with hormonal bc. Ive heard good things about the mini pill though.
