Clips during tubal?

Anytime have clips used during tubal? I had a complicated c section with previa and accreta and lost a ton of blood and had 3 transfusions on the table and then spinal wore off so had to be put under, during my surgery I was bleeding out so doc on call placed clips instead of cut, ties, and burn. Since pain meds are done been having bad cramping and pain in that area. Anyone else have clips? What's your experience so far?
