TMI "NO PICTURE"

Last night I wiped after using the bathroom and I noticed a big chunk of snot like substance (mucus) on the tissue there wasn't any blood in it not even a tinge but a big chunk.. Like twice and still coming out.. I'm assuming it my mucus plug.. I remember this with my first child.. But should I be expecting a blood tinge? Or not? And do you think it sounds like a mucus plug?
