Sick of our living situation (in- law problems)

So my husband and I lived with our in-laws while my husband secured a job, my inlaws decided they wanted to sell the house or rent it to us and have us possibly buy it. So we started renting it they moved into a smalled retirement home we stayed in the larger 3 bed home in the family neighborhood. Anyways things seem fine but then mother in law said you can rent the house we want you to stay but I need you to leave all my heavy furniture at the big house its antique and has sentimental value to her, but I hate the furniture and it leaves us no room for anything of our own. Frustrating but not a deal breaker sense the house is what we need right now. Basically we aren't allowed to paint, or change anything to suit us. Ok fine I don't own it yet, but Im slowly starting to resent them for doing business with them and its making it hard for me to be around my in laws. My last straw was my brother in law left his wife of 10 years after a bad argument and just crashed our house. My MIL dident even ask if we were ok with him staying there was no discussion just " your ok with it riiiggghht? Ok great" so and ever sense he's been here he quit his job, has not looked for another, being a general pain in the Ass and took his huge ass TV and speakers and installed them in my walls in the room we let him crash in, without asking today. I asked him what he's doing hooking up cable cords and drilling holes in the wall he just said "oh yeah I'll fill it in" and just kept at it. Like I'm just done with this! I'm pregnant with our third child and I want a place where I don't have to deal with in laws coming in an out all the time.
