Induction
I am 38.5 weeks, went to the doctor today and we discussed induction. My cervix has thinned but I am not dilated. My blood pressure is good but I have begun to lose weight and I stomach was measuring smaller that last week. My blood pressure was fine and his heartbeat was 134.
My doctor is having me come back on Tuesday next week and said if everything looks good I could be induced the end of next week.
I was wondering those who have done it, what exactly it is/how the whole thing will go? (Even though I know everyone is different!). I am getting an epidural as soon as possible, no natural birth here! I have full trust and faith in my doctor; just wondering what I should expect.
