Implanon contraception

I used imply on contraception about a year and a half ago it came out after 3 years of having it I then went straight on to microgynon for about 3 months.. I've been trying to conceive since then with no luck yet.. I hate it when my monthly visit comes just another reminder " not this month love".. I can't help but think there is something wrong with me :(.. Anybody else had this problem but conceived?.
