So I found out Sunday that I was pregnant, I'm only about 4 weeks. I've been having mild cramping but I read that was pretty normal - nothing near period cramp pain! I just now had a little pink spotting for the first time- only when I wipe. My doctor doesn't see people until they are 8 weeks so I don't have an appointment till the beginning of December and I'm panicking a bit. Is this normal?!
