I've always been prone to vivid dreams that I remember the next day (it's not as cool as you think). The last couple of weeks they've been particularly nasty and I'm exhausted! Last night's dream makes horror movies look like dramas. It was horrific, at one point I felt someone had grab my face. No one had but I woke up biting my pillow thinking it was a hand then lay there breathing heavy in a pool of sweat and was too scared to go back to sleep. When I eventually did the same nightmare continued.

Anyone else having or have had similar? I just want some decent sleep but I don't know how to stop the dreams.
