Breastfeeding blues

I need some encouragement.. I fed my 1st for a month and my 2nd for 4months..I could never supply enough. Here I am with my 3rd who is a week old and I have a stash starting already but I'm already over it! I know this will pass but I'm so tired and I had a emergency c-section that I feel is making things worse. My boobs are leaking constantly and I smell like sour milk if I don't shower 4 times a day... I pump after every feeding session and today I pumped only twice. I want to last at least 6-8 months Any recommendations or words of encouragement would be great!
