Long lasting periods?

I was placed on Nexplanon on 11/3/2014 (or 3/11/2014). I knew irregular periods would happen but I got put on a pill and it helped but I just had headaches. Now that im not on the pill either I have been bleeding since the 4th oct 2015. The bleeding is not the issue.. The issue is how expensive it is... What can I do to stop the bleeding so often?

Hello! I'm on Nexplanon implant too , since April 2015, my periods were out of control and I was bleeding for over a month at a time! They then put me on the combined pill but that didn't work as my mood dropped and I got very severe headaches! Now I am on the POP pill and that has helped. My period are irregular still, but it has calmed them down. The longest one I've had is over 2 weeks but some have only lasted a couple of days! So it does have its ups and downs :) I hope this gets sorted for you soon xx
