Saddle bone/bone spurs

Has anyone else developed saddle bone deformity/ bone spurs since being pregnant. I had noticed pain on the top of my feet over the last couple weeks and then just noticed today a hard bump on the top of both feet. What little googling I did says it looks like saddle bone deformity or bone spurs and is likely from poor gait development since getting bigger with pregnancy and feet rubbing in shoes from swelling. I'm going to ask my OB at my next appt but there doesn't seem to be much to do about it till after pregnancy.
