Sex without orgasm

Me and my boyfriend have been dating for 2 years and he hasn't given me any kind of orgasm. We have sex very frequently, and we've tried a lot of positions. I tell him what I like, but he usually doesn't take my advice or follow through. I always end up getting myself off after sex. He also can't get me off with oral. We've talked about the issue and he hasn't tried any harder. It's honestly that I want to share that experience with him and am a little upset that it hasn't happened. Any advice? What would you do? What should I do?
