Seabands for nausea ?

Have any of you ladies tried the seabands for nausea? I just found out im pregannt and been feeling nausea once in a while..with my first pregnancy I didnt esperience morning sickness only like twice..ive been thinking about those seabands since hubby and I want to keep it a secret for now I dont want anyone to notice lol TIA :)

If you have a job where you can't wear wristbands without them noticing, or have a job like mine (I'm a Dental Hygienist) where you can't go to the bathroom whenever you get nauseous, try sucking on candied ginger. It works better than ginger ale and it lasts longer! Plus, it just looks like you're sucking on hard candy so it doesn't look suspicious.

I used them and they helped sometimes but not always. Peppermint candies, gum, ginger, and snacking helped too.

I have just ordered some sea bands the other day but an worried about hiding them, I work in an office so can wear sleeves but as they are so low down the wrist I am pretty sure they are very visible. I don't know if it paranoia though.
