Help!

Okay so I went to the doctor today for abdominal pain. He took a urine test which came out negative. I was sent to get an ultra sound bc he said they won't know what's wrong unless the take a look inside. The ultrasound technician was doing a pelvic exam and when she was looking at my lower abdomen I heard heart beating through the machine. I quickly looked at her and said "is that a baby!??" And she said no it's my heart beat. It sounded a little too fast to be mine but then again I was nervous so idk.. Haven't gotten the results back yet and I'm worried. I would really appreciate someone's advice and opinions
