I just can't!

Ever since I got sick on the 20th I am afraid to swallow my vitamins thinking they will come back up smh! That day I couldn't keep anything down and had to go to the hospital and was admitted for hours!!! I couldn't see or walk! My chest and throat burns everyday sometimes I skip meals just from having flash backs about committing idk what to do I know I need the vitamins daily! I never got this sick with my other 3 kids
