Pregnant after Miscarriage?

Hi Everyone, I'm wondering if anyone has a shared experience or insight. I had a second miscarriage on 10/5 at 7.5 weeks (blighted ovum). Went for a scan one week later and it looked like my uterus was all clear. Now one month later my breasts/nipples are very sore and I've completely stopped spotting. Had two positive pregnancy tests so took a blood test. I have 128hcg. I know I need to take another blood test in a few days to see if the levels rise or fall to know anything but am wondering if anyone has had similar experience???
