Pull out method

My boyfriend and I try to use condoms but they don't fit right so he ends up taking it off and pulls out before he cums. I am suppose to of started my period today and so far there's no signs that's it's going too. I've heard you can still get pregnant when the guy pulls out but don't know if it's true. So my question is can i still get pregnant by him pulling out?
