Am I having miscarriage?

I had faint bfp since 9dpo and today is my 15dpo still faint bfp feeling so sick sore boobs ,slight cramps and feeling dizzy. I went to the restroom and wiped there's a blood in toilet paper looks like AF, I'm so worried right now, thinking about chemical/miscarriage. I have no idea this is my first pregnancy. I went to the dr yesterday took pregnancy test it was faint bfp. Blood test done no result yet. What is this am I having miscarriage? Please help:'(
