I'm sorry to have to bring up those memories but I need advice from ladies who have been through a miscarriage.(2nd trimester miscarriage especially)

I need to know what happened physically around the time u would have actually given birth.my period was due to arrive a couple days prior to my actual due date but ntn happened I'm on cd 36 (so I'm 6 days late) n still no sign of af getting bfns only. I dnt feel stressed this is actually the 1st month since i dnt feel depressed over it.Again sorry for rehashing the memory.
