Bleeding after period

Hey ladies, okay so I finished my period about 4 days ago and yesterday I had unprotected sex but my boy friend did not cum in me. This morning I woke up and I was bleeding and it's kind of heavy and I have pain just like cramps? What could this be ? Ps. I am not on the pill
