Actually, 1 out of every 10 women suffer with some sort of incontinence. It is worse when you are overweight or during or after pregnancy. There are a few things you can do to help. If you do core ex recuses, like crunches, it helps support those muscles. Do Kegels on a regular basis. Drink MORE water because urine that is not diluted has a tendency to irritate the walls of your bladder, making it harder to hold it. When you DO go, attempt to "double evacuate" as they call it. See if after a couple minutes, you can push any more urine out. Don't hold your urine any longer than necessary, in fact, run to the restroom as soon as you feel a little urine build up. These tips will help aid in straightening up your incontenence issue. You should notice a difference after a week or two.

I pee all day long. I also love water and drink a lot of it. My endocrinologist just did a ton of bloodwork because he suspected diabetes insipidus among other things, but found absolutely nothing wrong with me. I guess I just pee a lot. If you're worried, get checked out like I did. It could end up reassuring, like in my case!

If you continue to have issues after two weeks, you can see a doctor. I believe there are some drugs to help reduce urgency. Or, like someone else commented, it could be a sign of something worse. I know if you have degeneration in a certain lumbar disk, you lose control of bladder function.
