I'm confused I had my last period May 23 then June 23 missed it. Ultrasound Technician told me that my pregnancy actually happened May 22 so please help with math when will I be due? 40 weeks when do most women go into labor they forgot to mention when I'm due and how far along I am

They go by the day your last period started. So you're only measuring a day ahead.

Are you sure the tech said your pregnancy was conceived the 22nd? I'm not sure that they could know the exact date of conception. Perhaps he/she meant your pregnancy began May 22, since that is the time of your last period. Pregnancy is measured from date of your last period. The day you get pregnant you are technically already 2 weeks pregnant. Either way with a LMP of May 23rd your due date would be February 27th and you would be 23 ish weeks along. Either way, congratulations!
