PLEASE ADVICE

I have been trying with my partner and I have been making love during my most fertile window. I have not been successful as yet. I am about to start taking Seven Seas Trying for a baby. Can Ladies on here help me please? How to boost myself or what to do? We hardly spend time as he is very busy with work so when we do get a chance its during my most fertile or after ovulation.
