12th month ttc and af is due next week

Not sure what else to do if af shows. I had blood work done. Quality and quantity of eggs are good. No thyroid. I forget what else was checked. I get positive opks. Cycles are regular. We conceived before and my doctor said we should have an issue. She could tell I was stressed and she said I definitely need to relax. I really need advice because I feel like I'm at my breaking point
