Registry Worries!!!! : ( : ( : (

I registered at Babies R Us and Amazon for baby stuff. My shower is a week from tomorrow and there have only been 2 items purchased. Do people usually buy baby gifts from the registry or do they just buy whatever they want? I'm worried because I need stuff for this baby besides clothes! And I'm worried that is all anyone will buy. He has lots of clothes already and at this point I need like a swing, bouncer, diaper bag, and all the baby odds and ends. Advice? Comments?
