I need a little peace of mind please

Total of 7 positive tests. I am nine weeks 3 days. I had light cramps for a week. And then they stopped. My breasts still bother me at night sometimes but it isn't horrendous. I don't have any bleeding at all or any morning sickness. My ultrasound isn't for another 10 days. Am I just lucky or is it okay to be worried? This is my first baby and family history of miscarriages.
